Shipping and Returns

How do we ship our products?

At Muebles Samar we want your shopping experience to be completely satisfactory, that's why we only work with top quality logistics and package delivery companies. Your order will be handled securely and delivered to the address you have indicated. The approximate delivery time of your order will be specified on each product sheet.. Delivery times are always approximate, therefore, they may be altered due to external causes. In any case, at Muebles Samar we strive every day to ensure that your shipment arrives as quickly as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Upon receipt of the goods or product purchased on the website www.mueblessamar.com, the customer has 24 hours to review it and make any claim for damage in transit, communicating to Muebles Samar the incident observed by email to [email protected].

It will be necessary to include the order number and/or the invoice of the order. It will also be necessary to attach a photograph of the observed incident.

If the customer notices any damage on the outside of the package or believes that the contents may be damaged, it is necessary to note it on the delivery note of the transport company at the time of delivery. This will be the only way to enforce the warranty for shipping damage. Any claim for damage to the packaging will not be accepted if the carrier has not been notified.

This notification will oblige the carrier to return the product to our facilities at no additional cost to the customer. The request will be examined and the incident will be evaluated. If the result of the evaluation is that the customer is protected by the warranty for shipping damage, the full amount of the product and shipping (or the corresponding part if the order contained other products) will be refunded.

Right to Dissent

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of dissent. To exercise this right it will be necessary to write an e-mail to [email protected] providing the order number and the reason for the return (optional). The return costs will be borne by the customer..

Once the returned product has arrived at our warehouse and has been examined, the full amount will be refunded provided that the product is in excellent condition and there are no marks of use or wear.

The right of dissent shall not apply to products customized by the customer or tailor-made for the customer.

For hygienic reasons, also exempted from the right of dissent are all types of articles of rest such as mattresses, pillows, comforters, etc... that have been removed from their packaging.

Customized Products

In personalized or custom-made products according to Law 3/2014, of March 27 (article 103) amending the LOCM art. 45 the Consumer's Right of Withdrawal and Return shall not be applicable in this case. If the customer purchases an item according to his specifications or clearly customized (choice and customization of color of materials, sizes, fabric, leather or fabric), once the order has been placed and put into production, even if it has not been delivered to him, he may not withdraw from the purchase contract. Sofas and armchairs are always customized products where the fabric, size or color is chosen and cannot be returned once received by the customer unless the customer notifies us of any damage to the packaging at the time of delivery as specified above.

Nor will we be responsible for any errors that the customer may make when selecting a size, color or fabric finish, or combination of modules in the online purchase process.

Warranty

Muebles Samar offers a free national warranty to the customer, which is effective from the date of delivery of the product. This warranty is valid for two years. The product is guaranteed if accompanied by its invoice. The warranty covers products purchased at www.mueblessamar.com, and you must prove your purchase in our online store through the corresponding invoice.

Situations exempt from warranty (not applicable):

  • Accidental damage.
  • Damage caused by improper installation, assembly, handling or use of the product, professional or commercial use if it is not an article indicated for it.
  • Normal wear and tear or lack of maintenance.
  • Damage caused by misuse contrary to the specifications of use of the product guaranteed by the manufacturer, as well as aesthetic deterioration, deterioration of accessories.
